Is somebody know how to enroll the hunger games? the last game has just over and after 5 seconds I went to enroll to the hunger games and it was FULL! I was so fast ans it was still full 5 seconds after it ended! WTF someone can explain me?!
There's a way by I BELIEVE using the Fastings Enrollment (and using inspect element on Chrome). When you change something in the enrollment, as soon as the HG game ends you click Enroll in Fasting and it goes to Hunger Games. They don't have to wait for the actual enrollment to open up.

I think you just have to keep refreshing constantly. Maybe keep one page open where the finishing games are and one page to enroll with you enrollment message already typed out so you can enter ASAP
