When guys make a big deal out of being "DDF" and particularly stigmatize people with STDs.

Most STDs are either totally curable or very mild.  Given that, it doesn't make sense to let virus particles control the direction of your life.  Safe sex is important but refusing to consider working around an STD your sex partner has is not a component of safe sex.
