Being told by our parents to “turn [my gay ass personality] down a notch” for our southern grandmothers because “they’re too heteronormative”. I’m sorry but you don’t have to come out as heteronormative, I have to come out as gay and I’m fucking happy to show it to people. And, to top it all off, MY GRANDMOTHER ENJOYS IT SO FUCK OFF 😂
