For starters, I would like to begin by saying THANK YOU for getting me this far into the game. I feel spoiled, because I have never survived so many polls before in my combined 3 previous Stars experiences. By no means will I ever take anyone's support for granted, and I continue to write these blogs to express my gratitude. I know it's not much, but it's still something.
In the back of my mind, I knew that going up against cfff/Brian could be a possibility, but I chose to remain loyal - perhaps, to a fault. And yes, there probably could have been things that I could have done to avoid the predicament I am in right now, but that would require going against my word, going against what I value most. The way I play Stars is to protect not only myself, but those I choose to align with. Some may perceive this as an aspect of my game they can exploit, or the voters could perceive this as poor game play or that I'm "too nice" to win. In response to this notion, I have always been authentic to who I am and the way I portray myself as "FlameonX" is identical to my character in person. Look how far it has gotten me - too nice CAN prevail.
I am extremely close to making it to another Stars final, and with some newfound clarity, I know exactly what needs to be done to get there. It might sound cliché, but I can assure you, I do.
And, as tiresome as it seems, I must ask you to support me in yet another poll against arguably one of the post popular cast members and recent Stars winner, Brian. Needless to say, I am very much intimidated by the task of surviving this poll, but I am confident in all of you who believe in me (yes, I'm talking about the 52.5% of Tengaged)!
