I think that the person who posts the gifs and everything is a very active and possibly well known tengager. They know exactly when there's no mods, they know exactly when their 90 day ban times are up, and it has to be the same person since it's been the same ones for years. It has to be somebody that is very active and possibly somebody the community knows well. Just a theory
