some extra tips from someone who lost 30 pounds: eat 1000-1400 calories a day because i went on a 500-1000 calorie diet for a while to the point where i passed out in the middle of my kitchen one afternoon from the lack of food i had in my body, as long as you add some healthy calories like fruit smoothies or protein bars it’ll be fine, also go to the gym and do some weights to build muscle as well plus it helps burn calories faster, also i have no actual dairy at all which is actually good because dairy causes fat and bloating, however if you have almond milk it’s 60 calories less per 8 oz and a lot healthier and i highly recommend smoothies with almond milk instead of regular, it tastes practically the same but you don’t bloat so it feels SO much better, and final tip, try not to use a lot of salt because it causes water weight to store

anas yea i don't really pay much attention to carbs tbh so i don't focus on getting rid of them, i just eat healthy meals which tend not to have a lot anyway
500-1000 calories is unhealthy. I know this is coming from a fat girl, but I've learned a lot about dieting. When I was in the hospital, I lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks from staying on a strict 1400 calorie diet. Low carb, no soda or junk. I was on the Acti Diet for 7 days where you had to eat 900 calories a day and I got really sick.
There is a maintainence calories amount thats based on your body weight that you can find online.
The biggest factor that determines your weight is the amount of carbs you intake. The only carbs you should eat are fruits and veggies or healthier ones like brown rice and sweet potato
Fats are good for your body but only healthy fats such as avocados, fish, almonds.
Protein is pretty good, cant go wrong with an increased intake
I feel like everyone is focusing on the 500-1000 Cals thing (which is defs not healthy) but ignoring that the rest of this blog is actually rly good. Processed foods are so garb but they are fucking everywhere. And water is so important
are you dumb? brandonatorharleyborn2pizza ? it's normal to lose that much weight in that much time. what is he suppose to loose 1 pound during 12 days?? you can actually lose up to a pound a day. so stfu and stop bullying.
