I basically got offered a job that starts in March that would pay me $30/hour (not the job I just got hired for yesterday)
HOWEVER it would run all the way through November and that would cut into the fall semester...
BUT if I worked this job I would get paid time off (about $400-$500 a week) all the way until March 2019...
If I took this job, I wouldn't be going back to school until 2019, and I already took the 2017/18 school year off bc of moving/working...so I just really don't know if I want to take 1 1/2 years of college off to do this...
It's just a lot of money I could save, but it's also time I could be going to school and I just don't know atm

I think you could make both situations work. It’s just a question of if you want to take another year off. Either way just make sure you think things through and go with your gut and that will be the right answer for you :)
Will the job help you in the future? If so then do it - experience always carries more weight than education... study will always be an option - if you turn down a job chances of you getting another chance are slim
I think there's too many variables in the situation for me to really provide any decent advice but there's always the chance of takingonly a couple classes so that you could balance it w/ the job
Take the money honey! Especially if you are undecided major. Working and getting more experience may help you find out what you want to do in life. Not everyone graduates at 22 and most of the ones that do make half of what your getting offered
Couldn't you take some night classes so you aren't totally out of school? Failing that you should see if your university alows students to do both online and traditional classes and take some classes online while doing the job.
if its a lot more money a week, aka double or at least 50% more, then take it. Theres no rush to graduate, student loans r a bitch forever.
Also if its good experience then take it as well.
If the job is going to help you in pursuing your dream career and reaching your goals, then take it. But if you have goals of doing something else, go to school because the faster you will find a job after school that will pay you that if not more and it will be in the field of your dreams
I honestly suggest College. You start a job making that money now, then you’ll get used to it and might end up taking off more time than you expect! Go to college while you still feel the urge. With a degree you will make more over time than that (usually).
I agree with timster that you should figure out what you’d like to major in though before you go into school with no idea. Getting your basics done won’t harm you though... it’ll help you figure out what you wanna do.
i honestly hate that i took so much time off from school
i did the same thing i took a stupid job and didn’t go to school because of it and i regret it now
honestly you're making more than some college graduates. Take the job. I wouldn't even have to think about it.

More than most college grads I know. Take it unless the job's something you'd hate.
It’s risky. Also depends on your major. You can finish college now in hopes of getting an even better paying job. If you take the job now you would waste a lot of the money you got from that job for college itself should you decide to go back. If I were you I’d finish college first. Employers want to see that.
