Is pedo-baiting bannable?

Like what if a user says they are 18 in order to get in a relationship with an older tengaged but they're younger.

i mean thats not pedo baiting. its not illegal for minors to date older people. but if they did that i dont believe the older person is not at fault. thats about it.. its common sense.
