I am going to my first NYC pride! I officially came out this year at the age of 23. Going with my partner who was the reason I came out. I am also traveling to some educational conferences and am proud to be representing the community with some pins! Other than that, I took a vacation for myself and am attending other small local events that I pushed for in my small town who traditionally does not have a gay bar or drag queen club.
Spending it hanging out with this new guy I’ve been seeing he wants to take me to this festival in Toronto for a fun pride celebration and fun rainbow drinks. I’m also suppose to celebrate with my family going to a few drag brunches and tmrw going to a spin class with a drag queen with my sister
I don't need a gift but I'm seeing Kylie Minogue in a couple weeks and doing a lot of stuff in the NYC area since I'm probably moving away at the end of the summer - watching the parade, going to parties etc! Really looking forward to it <3 Love u Viv

I'm excited to have a meetup with my best friend Marcos (which is also gay) that is living in another city soon. I’ll be spending pride month volunteering and helping raise funds for our local shelter for LGBTQ+ community who found themselves homeless. I do this every month, but pride month is extra special in that we try to do a lot of outings with them, more community outreach and education, sex education, etc
Separately, I’ll be joining with a group of local parents to boycott a church here that is trying to shut down the shelter because they’re homophobic.

I’m going to my local pride event tomorrow taking my 5 year old to her 1st pride. Hopefully getting a new job this month and I’ve just passed an exam for personal licence so far so good for me this pride month. Oh and I’m going to see Little Mermaid tomorrow and it does not get more camp than that😂
Tbh, pride starts now, but because my province has a traditional day they celebrate june 24th, the gay parade will be in August. So, I would love to sell my upcoming month to be different and maybe ill spontaneously go somewhere while its my first summer, in the city I moved too. However, nothing planned to be done within this month, as im working like a dog to get as much $$$$ as I can get.
I love pride! I volunteer and represent the company I work for.. we travel to different cities around canada and take part in the parades.
I also hope to travel to Tel Aviv for pride of possible, it is one of the best places to celebrate. If not this year, I for sure would like to go next year!
