are you a little embarrassed over your enjoyment of Survivor/Big Brother or whatever stupid bullshit reality show you watch?
For a while I was, I mean, Survivor still does great in ratings, but also its very rare that I find someone who still actively enjoys it, so idk I find it kinda embarrassing despite it being my favorite show, but at this point its kind of become a running joke with people who know me irl (like people jokingly using the hashtag #getnickonsurvivor2k17), so at this point I just own it

I'm not but I don't bring it up to people I'm not close enough to be okay with them making fun of me for it. Best friends think the shows are terrible (with several valid reasons that I agree with but I see the bright parts of the shows as well) but I'm okay with them knowing that because I prefer to be open about who I am.
Not really. Most my friends know I love the show and on occasion when someone asks something like "Wtf. You still watch that show?" I follow up with "I love watching people starve and suffer"
