BEFORE April. When he came back, he clearly stated that it would be punished if people continued to cheat. If you did so and got banned/lost karma, it is YOUR fault for not listening when he straight up said he wouldn't tolerate cheating anymore.
_Adidas_ I'm not saying that he's doing a good job of banning everybody involved. I'm just arguing that people shouldn't be surprised when they break the rules are are punished, because it was made clear that they could receive consequences.
