It's all really about finding the right people to work with in the right situations, and this is true for every game no matter who they are. For example, would you say you and I have managed to get along in games David2560?
I find it's a 2-way street, but for me personally, I will take any alliance I can get, and if I find the situation won't end well for me, I look elsewhere till I find something that fits me like a glove.
