Do you guys sleep with anything inside/covering your hair?
The part of my hair I sleep on is so much drier than the rest of my hair and it’s causing breakage :/

Yeah, I sometimes wear a bonnet; but using a silk pillowcase is really convenient in case you forget to use something at night! Danger
when I had longer hair. I use to twist it up with shea moisture and put a silk durag on at night, then untwist them in the morning for that extra curl. it was like a medium sized fro.
