I'm not writing this to get attention, my psychologist simply recommended what to write and expel repressed feelings would do me good and I don't feel comfortable writing on Facebook.
This is not a game, the first step is to recognize, this year when I thought everything would be fine, I suffered a syndrome called Guill茅n Barre (paralysis), The problem that having been in bed and locked up for a long time made my thoughts take over me.
It only remains to say that I will not give up and I will continue looking for help and then help those who also go through something similar.
Again I say it's not to get attention, it's to help me drop bad thoughts.

You're strong and you'll get through this. And talking about your struggles and being vulnerable isn't attention seeking. You're human and we all need support sometimes.
Im glad you are seeing someone and they鈥檙e giving you great suggestions. I would do the same thing, tengaged can be a great place to vent without people from your real life seeing it 鈽猴笍 Im seeing someone and on medication too, feel free to reach out if you ever want to talk or you can simply just mail me to vent out like this.
