CONGRATULATIONS to the top four! The four of you have gotten here with some amazing song submissions, and I am so excited to see what you guys submit for this final round. Today, you are going to need to submit FIVE different songs. The scoring will work the same as it did last round, with each song receiving a score out of 10. The highest scoring group of songs will WIN! Here are your five categories:
1. The first song you need to submit is your REDEMPTION SONG. The four of you have been assigned DIFFERENT categories for this, based on your performance in past rounds. Your assignments are: Blahblahblahblah - Taylor Swift (Round 1) tbrown_47 - Summer Song (Round 6) David2560 - Hometown (Round 9) Lynn12 - Breakup Song (Round 10)
2. The second song you need submit is a song that I will LOVE. I want you to submit this solely based on MY taste. I attached songs from some of my own favorite artists in a lot of the results blogs, and I think after seeing my critiques you should be able to get a good read on what kind of music I like!
3-5. The last three songs need to be somewhat cohesive. Your task is to TELL A STORY using three songs, with a clear beginning, middle, and end. Be as creative as you want with this, and please give a brief explanation on what your story is and how your songs tell it. The songs do not necessarily need to SOUND cohesive together, but the story should make sense.

I debated on Pink Floyd and Pearl Jam here. Not a lot of people are aware of this 3 part story by Pearl Jam and they are one of my favorite bands.
This tells the story of a man who was abused by his mother. became a serial killer and finally his execution.
1. This song definitely gives me summer vibes and is another favorite from my music game.
2. I was going to do another Taylor song, but where's the fun in that XD. It seems like from the songs I submitted, you like songs that are pretty groovy and funky. I also feel like you really like songs that are fun but still have lyrics you can connect to, so I think you might like this song.
3-5: This story is about a family torn about by a public scandal. Each part focuses on a different member of the family.
Part I: The father is a public figure caught in a very public scandal. He normally keeps his affairs to himself and is known as a fairly quiet and lowkey person, but this scandal is the beginning of his personal and professional downfall.
Part II: The mother deals with the internal conflict as a result of the her husband's actions. She starts by reflecting on the bridges she's burned and things she has lost to protect her husband, before deciding what kind of woman she is and leaves.
Part III: The child has spent her whole life watching her parents fight and argue behind the scenes before the discovery of her father's scandal. She spent most of her childhood trying to comfort herself and wondering if she will suffer the same fate as her parents. The story ends as she realizes that one day she will inherit and pass down her family's dynasty, but tells herself she will not pass down the pain that came with it.
1) okay so for my first song which is redemption on a break-up song, I'm going to go with Tom Odell- Another love. I absolutely love this song and artist.
2) So this is a song that I think you would enjoy! I know you love taylor swift so im gonna go with this beautiful song and I also love bon iver!
3) Okay so for my 3 story songs, I would like to do it on the stages of grieving a loss.
my first song is based on the sadness and pain you feel when someone you love is gone. Going through the motions and wishing they were still with you. It's heart-breaking but a beautiful song.
My second song is when someone tries to help you heal through the pain and you can get that emotional support to help get your through the loss.
My third song is about the courage to heal a broken heart. I thought it exemplifies trying to move forward even when you don't want to.

1. Since the spanish song didnt work :P I'm gonna put the second song I was thinking for this round, its a song by Ed Sheeran about Barcelona :P I went to his concert in Barcelona in 2016 and when he sang this... it was brutal!!
