I’m making jambalaya for dinner. Has anyone ever made it before? I think I need to thicken it and don’t really know how

You could mix some corn starch into a cold liquid (maybe tomato juice or a veg stock or something) and then add it and cook to thicken

crayadian yeah you gotta be careful and use a small amount. Flour would work too like a roux situation

if i ever thicken something up i usually mix corn starch with a liquid in another cup (usually water) and make sure there isn't like lumps in it. then i pour it into the pan and keep stirring that and it'll thicken up a bit
