Not too sure. Those lists are never 100% accurate and sometimes take people off because they predicted incorrectly. Or people are added last second/just after filming (ex: Nicole Ramos being rumored as an alternate for Vendettas, but just before filming wrapped up she was added to the final cast and the spoilers found out about it)
He could also be a part of the supposed mercenaries twist. Apparently throughout the season, these "mercenaries" will compete against ppl actually in the game, but if they take them out, they get to take their place and get to play in the rest of the season.
