And I've bit my tongue here for a pretty long amount of time BUT I'm at a point where it's getting ridiculous.
I've met some very pessimistic people in my life. Hell, i'm one of them. But I don't think i've met anyone as big of a constant downer as A_La_Fac. I'd love to know why he feels such a drive to hate anything and everything.
There hasn't been a single thing since i've been appointed as a mod, or since brandonpinzu / koolness234 were appointed that he's thought was a good decision. Every single stance you've had on every single update, activity, anything, has always been cast in a negative light.
With all due respect, I have no issue with you not seeing eye to eye with our decisions, or the things we do, or the ways in which we attempt to engage the community. What I have issue with is the fact you won't provide any constructive feedback for us to work with. It's very easy for people to point at something and say "That's bad". But it takes more effort to take the conversation a step further and say "That's bad, and here's why".
Trying to message randomize every day stating pinzu/kool are bad picks for mod, and that I don't do anything does nothing to further progress. If anything, it hinders it. I don't expect you to care about me at all as a human being. But the bare minimum you can do is provide something constructive for us to work with so we can use that feedback and move somewhere with it. Just because I tend to be more private and personal about things we are planning/decisions we're making doesn't mean I'm not actively involved with it.
Anyway. I'll be stepping off my soap box. I hope that you'll use this as an opportunity to provide something tangible for us to work with, rather than the usual "shit mods, biased mods" energy I get every time you message us or comment about us. Thanks.

As a mod, you shouldn’t be blogging about how a certain user is getting to you. It shows you aren’t strong enough for this position. As a MOD, you are going to have people that say shit to you just because and you have to ignore. If you are letting people get to you as a MOD, then maybe you should turn over the position to someone that can handle it
