With myself. Goes to the effect of "I'll feel better once "x" happens".

"X" Has happened at least 15 times so far and i'm progressively doing worse I feel like.

To those messaging my inbox, can't apologize enough i've been a bit slow to act and hanging back a bit more. I'm heavily considering seeing a therapist or taking some mental health courses, and hopefully that'll be the "x" that actually gets me where I need to be.

Hey bro, hang in there. Pms always open — use them more! We can talk about your checklist of happiness that has thus far not yielded the results you need. Talking is in itself therapeutic, whether or not that talking is done with a therapist.

I highly recommend seeing a therapist. Friends can help you in ways therapy can't, but therapy can help you in ways friends can't. We don't know each other but reach out if you ever need any help. I've been through the process and can even explain boring insurance stuff if it helps.
