"X" Has happened at least 15 times so far and i'm progressively doing worse I feel like.
To those messaging my inbox, can't apologize enough i've been a bit slow to act and hanging back a bit more. I'm heavily considering seeing a therapist or taking some mental health courses, and hopefully that'll be the "x" that actually gets me where I need to be.

yeah nah put you first, therapy and shit like that usually does wonders and remember we're legit in a global pandemic so life is way harder than it usually is
I highly recommend seeing a therapist. Friends can help you in ways therapy can't, but therapy can help you in ways friends can't. We don't know each other but reach out if you ever need any help. I've been through the process and can even explain boring insurance stuff if it helps.
