1. We hear you. Taking applications from tens of hundreds of you and condensing that down to 16, some big names are going to be left out. We spent weeks going through the apps, narrowing the field, and there were some names on the list that we had right up to the wire before making a call.
2. There's literally dozens more opportunities for future stars events in the future. Old school versus new school. Heroes versus villains. The list goes on and trust us when we say this isn't the last big game we have in store, it's the very beginning.
3. If you weren't cast this time around, don't lose hope. There were names at the very top of my list that weren't cast, but i'm confident there's going to be a next time for them.
Best of luck to the 16 picked! We've got high expectations we'll be in for a treat. Good luck!

Not you serving as the scapecoat for the team lol...
AmandaBynes Oh no, honestly I just felt like saying something. Nobody told me to do this lol.
Even still it's a learning experience. There's tons more games in store for the future and the more we do it, the more organized we can be, the more time we can dedicate to developing a fully realized cast and ensuring everyone's voice is heard.
I'll be the first to say this wasn't my personal top 16. We all have to sacrifice a bit to create a cast we're all confident will put on a good show. I feel that this batch will do a great job, and I hope it paves the path for another season.
I feel like no matter who you would have picked people would complain, winners at war is very vague! It made sense for survivor since there were 38 winners and not 300 like stars. I鈥檓 sure the majority of people are excited for it
