What do you do when you dislike a player so so much that you would like to just remove them from the game?
Like they haven't legitimately broken a rule, but are always on those boundaries and you just completely can't stand them?
It's my game but what would be the right thing to do?

If they are rude to you REMOVE THEM! i never had the problem but if they were rude bubye!
lol no offense but if you remove players JUST for being rude then your group game lacks integrity. hosts should have thicker skin. honestly the rude players are more entertaining anyway
so what? has disrespecting the host ever led to expulsion in real survivor? why would you even consider purposely altering the in-game dynamics of your game and potentially changing the outcome just cuz someone is being mean to you

Except it happens every day, and I'm doing this game for them, so disrespecting the host is not acceptable, there's a difference between complaining and actually being mean is what I'm saying. And I should have a 0 tolerance for disrespect in my game.
But seriously, that sucks that someone is treating you that way. I know how much effort you put into your games and how great they are, so for someone to be acting that way towards you is just wrong.
