I can now admit to auditioning for the upcoming season of MasterChef Canada

Back in September of last year, I auditioned for the upcoming season of MasterChef Canada and I made an AMAZING dish for the video, so I had high hopes that I would get on. Despite really putting myself and my skills out there, I did not get a callback. Since the upcoming season is set to air on television soon, I can now share my audition video:

Next time,
Don’t hold the camera in selfie mode. Have it placed on your table. It looks a lot more put together and prepared that way
I would also suggest making the plates look more beautiful. I believe you that you’ve got the talent to be a cook but unfortunately these shows mainly want presentation because the audience can only see the dish, not taste it.
