Like most of you, I have been reading the blogs about Matt64. I applaud the general sentiment from members saying we should be kind to each other, but that's a naive view of this website, its user base and the Internet in general.
It's good to see that Randomize is honoring Matt by wearing black on his avatar, but this should be a wake up call for him that this site needs a visible moderator team. This site should not be a place where depressed people are told to kill themselves and if they are, the user saying these hateful things should be punished or banned by moderators.
This is not a blog blaming anyone for the tragedy but tengaged should be a place where members should be able to distract themselves by playing games based on reality TV shows not have to endure mindless hate and harassment over the results of said games.
The thing is Rando would have to get off his ass and do something, He is not going to. its sad. There was a time when this site was amazing. I don't stay here for the site I stay because there is a small group of people I love here. There are people here that have become family. I enjoy playing games with them but to be honest most of my interactions with people come from skype. Not from being on tg. I don't like the trolls and the multies and the hacking accounts and all the other bs. I don't like being called every dirty name in the book and be threatened or be told to kill myself or to see others being bullied and know there is not a damn thing anyone is going to do to stop them from doing it.
