C00LDUDE1000 if they're spamming in the first place then the % won't be that close. if it isn't allowed, they shouldn't get just penalties. you made the rules clear, they should be DQ'd

Stupid question, but C00LDUDE1000, do you yourself spam these to people outside the game?  If you hadn't, it'd be a good idea so it'd get more voters.

But I agree that that should have been enforced from the start.  Some polls were literally decided by spamming someone else out.
