The Chitsuwa tribe, now on a losing streak, headed back to camp with new members which means the making of new alliances. TJ lead the charge for leading his alliance, he once again went back to his old strategy and decided to approach the guys, Elliot and HeiHei. They talked for a while and decided that Sofia should be their target but Elliot was not sure that he could trust TJ at all. He decided to make a side alliance with Sofia and Riley and told them that TJ was being the ring leader for not only the tribe, but with the guys alliance. The girls were set with voting for TJ, but it all came down to what Elliot would decide. At tribal council...

Bull: "Before we get to the votes, we have the viewers choice immunity to get to. And once again the person with immunity will be TJ. Any votes cast for TJ will not count."
The girls voted for TJ, making two votes not count. Elliot at the last minute to go with the guys and by a vote of 3-0 Sofia became the 9th person voted out of Survivor Disney Viewers Choice and the second member of the jury.

Bull: "Before I send you guys on your way............ Congratulations you have made the merge!! You and the Murarami tribe will merge together into one tribe, you will live on the Murarami beach. Your new tribe name is "Batanidza" and your buffs will be blue. Head out to your new camp and enjoy your night!"

The old Murarami tribe was shocked to see that the two tribes have finally merged! Everyone got to sit around the fire and enjoy a late night snack and get to know people that they have competed against for the entire competition. Old alliances were able to rebuild themselves. Penny, Fawn, Riley and Rosetta made the first alliance in the game. All the girls seemed to get along really well and they finally made the alliance official. TJ, HeiHei, Elliot kept their original alliance together which left both Sven and Dopey on the outside looking in. They had a tough decision in front of them, they could form pacts with anyone and be a crucial swing vote in the future.

Bull: "C'mon in everyone. Ready to get to your first individual immunity challenge? Here is what your playing for." *Reveals necklace "With this necklace you are safe from being voted out, without it you are vulnerable. For todays immunity challenge you will your first endurance challenge. In front of you are balance beams and on the end of each is a statue. You will each put a foot on the beam and balance with the statue, if your statue falls your out of the challenge. Last person left standing will win immunity and have a 1 in 8 shot at winning this game. Also one more announcement............
THERE WILL BE NO MORE VIEWERS CHOICE IMMUNITY WHICH MEANS YOU WIN THE CHALLENGE OR YOU ARE VULNERABLE!"
The challenge begun and everyone wanted to prove that they could hang with the best and try and win the necklace. HeiHei and Sven were out very early in the challenge not being able to balance well enough with the statue. They were followed by Rosetta, Penny, Riley and Dopey. Elliot, TJ, and Fawn all dug in deep but the last person standing and winning immunity is......... Elliot!
Vote someone out Batanidza tribe! Remember Elliot has immunity and Sven has an idol!
