I'm a black conservative and I'm neither a coon or a homophobe.
Most conservatives couldn't care less about that crap. Conservatives really don't care about your skin colour or your sexuality. We care about creating jobs and preserving freedom.
For example, we won't force the public to bail out a company that went bankrupt because they failed to serve the public.

Iâd call you an idiot because Iâm white, my family is white, and I have a lot of white friends who are Democrats. Liberals and Democrats arenât against white people, as we stand for equality among everyone. Conservatives donât do that. They are against gay people. If you have some conservative views, yet you donât agree with some conservative views (like gay marriage), then youâre an individualist. Educate yourself before you come for me, thank you.

And yet I've seen tweets saying "Kill all white people." getting shared and retweeted and liked.
Stop crying over changing views. If you're taking a side over historic views, then you really should become a republican. After all, the KKK was formed by democrats and they killed early black politicians (who were republicans).
