Our Story
Little did I know when I became friends with Sam_Hamwich I would one day have his last name! Last year, Evan and I became instant friends, really almost instantly the best of friends. We could talk for hours and there was really nothing more (at first) to our relationship but just true friendship. That summer was one of the roughest of my life, I lost someone very close to me, I was going through a great deal of personal troubles. Evan was just there for me, no matter what happened on this site or irl he was there to help me through it. He became my rock, even though we were literally states away from each other. When our relationship started to become something more, we decided to meet! He traveled to meet me and we dated long distance for a while. Then, in the fall he made the move down here, eventually moved in with me and now here we are! I am so happy I LITERALLY get to marry my best friend. He's perfect to me and for me.
I thought it only appropriate to make a blog, because I feel like many of you have watched our relationship blossom or have even been a part of his planning to ask me to marry him (winks at the Evanngers).
There are a lot of crazy things that I see go down on this site. There is a lot of negativity and it can be quite toxic, it has been for me at times. But you know what else, for me it's where I have met some of the BEST people, made so many new friends, had countless fun nights just hanging out, and now I can say it's the place where I met my future husband, CRAZY as it is for me to even be saying that...OMG! ##evritteverafter#FEYONCE' #cochranpartyoftwo - literally i have so many cheesy hashtags I will spare you all
Oh my gosh!!!!!!! This is so so so so so so awesome!!!!!!!! Britt I miss you from before I left and Im so happy that you and Evan are amazingly happy and in a much better place than before :))) You really deserve all the happiness in the world! Pm me sometime, I would LOVE to catch up! :)
