Cyrus is the leader of Team Galactic in the games Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl. When it comes to character design, Cyrus is probably the character I find most suits the design of an evil team leader, as he is very menacing, and he is also probably my favorite evil team leader when it comes to how they look design wise. As far as battling goes, Cyrus might not be the toughest, but he can still put up a good fight with his teams. First battle against Cyrus in each Sinnoh game he has Murkrow, Golbat & Sneasel, with the second battle of him using Honchkrow, Gyarados, Crobat & Weavile in Diamond, Pearl, Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, while second battle against Cyrus in Platinum he uses Sneasel, Crobat & Honchkrow. In Platinum, you'll also fight Cyrus a third time in the distortion world before dealing with Giratina, where he has team of Houndoom, Honchkrow, Crobat, Gyarados & Weavile, with this team probably being his strongest team because of more type variety alongside just having more pokemon to his team. Like other leaders, Cyrus also makes an apperance in the Team Rainbow Rocket post game of Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon where he uses team of Houndoom, Honchkrow, Crobat, Weavile & either Dialga or Palkia, again depending on version. He'll use Dialga in Ultra Sun, and Palkia in Ultra Moon. Then Cyrus also appears in multi battles of battle tower in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl, with him battling alongside Mars, but I've never done battle against him there to justify fully how tough he is. From what I gather though, he can have two of Gyarados, Salamence, Weavile, Entei or Rotom-Heat. Overall, Cyrus is a really great evil team leader, and definitely is one I will remember for quite a while, but when the other leader left is just the most memorable to me, as well as the og, I had to give Cyrus second, as the other leader left is just the pinnacle of evil leaders.
