Plumeria is the one and only Admin among Team Skull of Alola, and also my favorite admin to ever exist as of current, although again my favorite admin is really close between Mars & Plumeria. When it comes to admin character designs, Plumeria just has the better design compared to other admins, her design I feel just kind of stands out a bit more than the others, which is nice. As well, even though her teams might not be the most challenging to fight against, I still love her teams, also her teams remain the same across Sun & Moon and Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon. The first Plumeria battle , she uses Golbat & Salandit, which that is definitely the easier fight. As for the second battle against Plumeria, she will use Golbat & Salazzle, which is still not the toughest team out there, but Salazzle can still damage your team a little with how speedy it is. Then there is also the team she uses when you are needing to defend your Alolan championship title, where she has Gengar, Alolan Muk, Crobat, Toxapex & Salazzle, which this team is solid, but it's also a post game one, so you may not necessarily battle against it if you don't do title defense stuff. Finally, Plumeria also makes a Battle Tree appearance in Sun & Ultra Sun, where she has a bit of a mixture of pokemon she may use, but not going to go into detail on all the pokemon in her pool with that as there is quite a bit. Overall, I just have loved Plumeria as a character ever since day one of seeing her in the games, and that is ultimately why I felt it was best to give her the number one spot on this ranking.

Side Note: I want to give a honorable mention to two other admins that didn't make my ranking, and will explain why. First off, I forgot about the macro cosmos team in Galar even existing, so that is why Oleana wasn't a part of this ranking. However, Oleana I would have definitely included if I just wasn't forgetful about the cosmos, where she would have got ranked the spot between Bryony & Proton, as I don't particularly care for her much. The second person I want to give a mention to is Faba from Aether Paradise, and Faba I didn't include because I wasn't sure if he was more considered an admin or a leader or what, but after some thinking, I probably could have included him in this ranking, as even though he does play a role in the Rainbow Rocket post game of USUM, where everyone in it is a leader of a past evil team, Faba could probably be considered more an admin than a team leader. Even though he is technically just deemed as the aether paradise chief, and Faba would have got ranked most likely between Ariana & Matt, possibly the spot between Zinzolin & Ariana. Next up will be the team leaders, and I'll make sure to include the leader of the macro cosmos in Galar, as well as the Aether Paradise president in that ranking.
