Mars is the final of the Team Galactic admins to be took out of this ranking, as well as the runner up earning the silver medal on my admins ranking. Mars probably has my most favorite character design of the team galactic admins, and again, actually close to being my most favorite admin design, probably my second favorite admin design all things considered. The thing though that makes Mars stand out to me, and the reason I love Mars the most from the Galactic Admins is that darn big ol' cat of hers called Purugly. That cat can really wreck your team in early game, that first battle against Mars will always be one of the toughest Admin fights I have ever done, where she also uses Zubat alongside her Purugly in that Valley Windworks battle. The Zubat of course not an issue at all, it's just that cat that gives ya trouble. Then Mars you will fight a second time at Lake Verity where she will use Golbat, Bronzor & Purugly, which can also prove to be a little tough, but honestly even though she uses more pokemon that battle, it's actually easier than the first battle against Mars where she just has the two pokemon, considering by that point, you have better counter options to her Purugly. Then you have the double battle against Mars & Jupiter, where Mars will still use Golbat, Bronzor & Purugly, which that double battle Mars can put in some work as well with her Purugly and Slash having high crit rate. Then finally is a Stark Mountain battle against Mars in Platinum where she uses Bronzong, Golbat & Purugly, which I have never done that battle there against her so I can't say too much on how tough a fight that Stark Mountain battle versus Mars is, but I imagine it's still a little challenging. As well, Mars also makes a battle tower appearance in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl alongside Cyrus, but like Jupiter, I never did battle tower stuff in BDSP to really know what pokemon she uses, but I believe Mars uses two of Raichu/Bronzong/Espeon/Togekiss/Crobat/Purugly across the three different potential team options that her and Cyrus can end up using in Battle Tower. Overall, Mars is probably the biggest challenge of an Admin fight, and is the main Admin that can really destroy your team if not careful, especially when it comes to doing a nuzlocke, but I just love the other admin remaining just a tiny bit more, so that's why I ended up giving Mars second instead of first. Although, my top two are pretty close to even in terms of how I love them, so I'd still consider Mars a winner even though she didn't place first on this ranking.
