Lucian is the Psychic type Elite 4 member in the games Diamond, Pearl & Platinum. With his team Mr. Mime, Girafarig, Medicham, Alakazam & Bronzong in Diamond & Pearl, which here is actually a pretty good team, it's pre-gen 6 so ghost/dark are both neutral on Bronzong, then got Medicham as well to cover Dark types with its Fighting stab. So for his Diamond & Pearl team, probably best to bring a solid Ghost type & Dark type, since would need Dark for Girafarig. Then provide a fire type or something with fire coverage for Bronzong. Meanwhile, Lucian's Platinum team is Mr. Mime, Espeon, Bronzong, Alakazam & Gallade, which I honestly love more than his Diamond & Pearl team, just because I feel Espeon & Gallade make his team more dangerous to battle against compared to his team with a Girafarig & Medicham. For his Platinum team though, again I'd suggest bringing a Ghost & Dark type, since you'd need Ghost to hit his Gallade better, alongside a decent fire type or something with decent fire coverage for his Bronzong. Now I can't lie, Lucian has a very good character design, I'm honestly not sure though if his is my favorite Sinnoh elite 4 design, or if that title goes to the one I've still yet to talk about. Overall, Lucian is great, and I originally planned to give Lucian like 16th, but I kept finding cons for others and pros to Lucian, and honestly, am glad I stuck to what I did and put Lucian this high, because he deserves the higher placement than 16th.
