Koga is the Poison type Elite 4 member in the games Gold, Silver, Crystal, Heart Gold & Soul Silver. Where Koga's team is Ariados, Venomoth, Forretress, Muk & Crobat in every version of Johto, which overall is fine, forretress is a good defensive/support pokemon for his team, and helps cover psychic weakness a bit, but if you bring a good fire type alongside a good psychic type, you honestly can beat Koga's elite 4 team pretty easily. Now Koga's elite 4 design is solid, of course basically same as Koga's gym leader design, which I also love. Overall Koga is cool, but I tend to remember Koga more as the gym leader of Fuchsia City in the Kanto games, then I do as him being an elite 4 member in Johto, so that's why I chose to take out Koga at this spot.
