Typing: Ice
Design: Good in both forms, but I like the form more when it has the big ice block on its head. When the ice breaks off and it's all sad, still good, just don't like it as much as the ice block form of Eiscue.
Stats: Alright
Abilities: Pretty good
Movepool: Decent
Overall Appeal: 9/10 - Again not quite a 10/10, but really close. Eiscue is honestly an adorable penguin, and I love it so much. I just haven't used it in a playthrough which is why it didn't make it any higher, but this is something I plan to use in future for sure.
