Abilities: Love this ability, and how it gains a fish or pikachu when it uses Surf or Dive and then shoots the fish/pikachu at its enemy when the enemy deals damage to it
Movepool: Alright
Overall Appeal: 8/10 - The ability is mainly why I love it, but it has a great design as well as a pretty good shiny. Just not enough to get it ranked any higher though\
