Brionne is a pure Water type, and is the middle evolution of the Water starter, Popplio. Honestly, this might be my least favorite middle evolution of all the water starters throughout the gens, just design doesn't really stand out, it doesn't have the best of stats, or abilities, although, it does have an okay movepool. Honestly nothing really great to say about Brionne, at least compared to other middle evolutions of Water starters throughout the other generations. However, Brionne was still alright enough to outlast some of the others in this ranking, just at this point, nothing else I am willing to take out over this.
