Spritzee is a pure Fairy type, and has probably one of the most ugliest designs of Kalos, there are couple others that are a bit tad uglier on the design side of things though. In terms of battling capabilites, however, Spritzee actually isn't too bad, although I find it has meh stats offensively and meh abilities, it does have an alright movepool and has enough defensive capabilities to do alright. This is something I would never use in a playthrough or competitive really though, and yea just the ugly design on top of that, that is why I chose to rank this here.
