Glaceon is a pure Ice type and one of the evolved forms of Eevee, as well Glaceon has a solid design to it, and is very visually appealing. Now compared to some other eeveelutions, Glaceon isn't the best with battling, but it is still pretty well rounded as it has nice stats/movepool/abilities. Now, this was a really hard decision to make to determine which one would just miss out my top 5, but I went off the fact that I never really have had experience with using glaceon much, where as the others in my top 5 i have used a bit, but Glaceon will forever be a perfect pokemon in my heart.
