Sceptile is a pure Grass type Pokemon and is the fully evolved form of the Treecko starter evolutionary line (Mega Sceptile typing-wise is Grass/Dragon, which both typings are kind of meh lol) I honestly really love how Sceptile looks too, and I for one usually am not big into designs of grass type pokemon, but Sceptile has a solid color scheme and just appeals very well to the eye compared to most other grass types. Other than that, Sceptile actually isn't that half bad of a pokemon either as it has alright stats & ok abilities, but the movepool is definitely where Sceptile shines the most (Mega Sceptile has amazing stats/movepool on the other hand, ability is still eh though) Overall, Sceptile by far is probably my favorite grass type out of all of them, because it's actually visually appealing and is actually a viable grass starter to use in the games (competitively just if using the mega) so I have nothing bad to say about it, but ever since my rankdown started my #1 spot was set in stone, so really it was just a race of choosing which to give second to (again though my top 3 are all interchangable)
