Latias is a Psychic/Dragon type pokemon, also a legendary of Hoenn, and the counterpart to Latios. Now, sure Latias & Latios have close to the same design pretty much, just basically different color schemes, but the color scheme of Latias's design tends to just appeal to me a bit more than Latios, however, the design of Latias still isn't anything spectacular. Then, Latias has amazing stats & amazing abilities, but the movepool of Latias, even though it's great, I don't like it as much as the movepool Latios has. Overall, I really love Latias and was originally thinking of ranking this a few spots higher than what I actually did, but then got thinking Latias & Latios are pretty close to being the same thing, so it just made more sense to take Latias out right after Latios, so that's why I ranked it here.
