He is using different VPN's to make sure his IP addresses don't add up. Randomize, you really need to have another way to track down multi's because it's obvious that Itachi_Uchiha is making accounts every day and laughing about it because it's obvious.
This isn't the first time Itachi has made multiple accounts on here. Cheapcheep , brandonpinzu , and koolness234 I am pleading you (ONCE AGAIN) to ban his accounts and give him a more serious ban length. This is unfair in games and needs to come to an end for good. He's making it obvious when he creates accounts because he has gotten away with it.
