Raffle winners would not be revealed until enrollment.
At the end of each game, the public would get to vote for "FAN FAVORITE" out of the 16 and award the Miss Congeniality with a star ticket to be used once 4 weeks or so passed.
Would fix the old and recent trend of premades dominating the casts and making for more interesting casts.
Also: we're long OVERDUE for a Big Stars Giveaway! 16 players voted into the game by the public (or alternatively, 8 by the public and 8 chosen by randomize like the first giveaway) who have NEVER played before (including past accounts, if known). Jubbzy isn't around to organize it, but I would be happy to host the polling stages for a #NewbieStars.

Ehh.. not necessarily, especially if the stars cast is a good one, and pair up the strategic/popular threats up against each other, so they eliminate one another, and then someone 'blah' wins instead. That's why it'd be the whole cast lol. But yeah, that part can be scrapped.
