In preparation for Survivor 35: Heroes vs. Healers, vs. Hustlers, I decided to do some pre-show first impression blogs for the upcoming cast. There are obvious cast and tribe division spoilers (but no boot/elimination spoilers). Basically, judge them based on first impressions, already leaked Survivor videos of them (pre-show interviews, season 34 finale promo) or whatever criteria you wish.

Ben is a former Marine and current warehouse worker. He is married and has two children. The song 'We are the Champions' was blasting when his son was born. He's out playing Survivor to help provide for his family and to give them better lives. He was featured heavily in the first HHH promo. He is the third castaway from Idaho after Taylor Stocker from MvGX and Sherri Biethman from Caramoan (or fourth, since apparently Taylor went to the same high school as Troyzan).
