I didn鈥檛 have the chance to eat today so I have all of my calories available for dinner
If I eat only dinner and eat the majority of calories I have is that still fine? I feel like eating 1500+ calroies in one meal is bad but it鈥檚 still under the daily amount? Idk if this makes sense
