One minute we could be laughing about real life stuff and she thinks im the funniest person in the room and then the next shes telling me how I should be working up to her standards (shes been in the company for 5 years, i've been there for less than 2).
She is this 50 year old woman who has never been married and never had kids and I think shes just projecting her anger out on me. Everyone on the team knows she has a temper and the way she talks is super inappropriate but she gets away with it because everyone just says, "LOL Thats just Barb!"
I really dont know how to handle the situation, I've gone to my manager, I've gone to my mentor and nothing has been fixed.
