a functioning system that interprets and judges the TOS and decides whether certain actions that take place on Tengaged warrants an expansion of the rules set forth by the moderators.
A perfect example of this would have been this week when a certain user spread racist messages throughout the blogs page. TAC should have instantly been contacted, been told of the situation, called the individual in question to discuss their actions, and made a ruling (by voting) after discussion. After a ruling has been made, discussion on how to expand the rules set forth based on the outcome takes place.
THAT is how I thought TAC was going to be used. However, right now all I'm seeing is that they have been used for nothing... unless I'm unclear of previous blogs.
