why should they get banned? because they are losers who can't log out and act like they can't just get some add on or restriction to block them from logging onto tengaged dot com for a week ?

I think it literally takes me 10 seconds. I'm not worried about it and I consider myself to be pretty responsive to everything that comes in. They do go low priority when I log on to a lot of mails though!
