My boyfriend this weekend told me that we should start to put 20-50 dollars every couple of weeks into a joint savings account for a wedding fund

But my ass doesnt have a ring.

Is this a hint that he wants me to ask him or should I wait till he asks me to marry him

(It's been 3 years now)
