First time watching it in general .. & im starting by watching the latest season, Season 4.

What should I honestly expect?

Also wtf is up with "The house always wins." It's "EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED BITCH."

Season 4 is the worst season by far. 1,2 & 3 are really good seasons. 4 was just bad honestly. You should start from 1.

Well when I started watching BB US i started BB15 which was a horrible season .. I just want to see if I can get a feel for the series in general Cornelia

Season 4 is so bad. You cant start with that season. THe production isnt even the same for that season as it was for the previous seasons. All of they sayings got changed for this season, which is why Arisa says "the house always wins" and "checked out of the bbgrand" and "wildcard" instead of twist.
