1. Irelia: Chicken Souvlaki - Delicious! This dish is a beautiful representation of Mediterranean food. Chicken can be tricky but you cooked it to perfection. It looks full of flavor, I can tell its all going to burst in my mouth. The fries were cooked beautifully and I love how you incorporated pit and a salad to go with it.
2. delete2544: Falafel - Great comeback! Every week you are improving more and more. This dish was delicious, I absolutely love falafel and you nailed it.
3. deshonbannedisback: Chicken Gyro - Similar to delete, beautifully done. I prefer the falafel with my pita but nonetheless, it looks amazing.
4. bigdizzleyomama: Chicken Lemon Soup - I'm not going to lie, this dish was by far my favorite. I'm literally going to make it IRL lol. The only reason you landed in 4th was because the presentation wasn't as strong as the rest.
5. nattie: Shakshuka - I'm not the biggest fan of Shakshuka, and I don't think its hard to make but it does look very Mediterranean and its beautifully presented.
6. smuguy2012: Shakshuka - Same as Nattie, not my fave dish but very nicely done. The reason she landed higher was because she used pita which was more Mediterranean.
7. varlto: Squid ink paella - This is one of my favorite dishes IRL. When I go to Spain I need this! However, your presentation is lacking. It's really black with no color. Some people could be grossed out at first glance. If you had some colours in it to make it pop and look nicer I think you could've won.
8. minie: Lamb Couscous - This dish was very tasty and well presented. The problem I had with this dish was that at first glance the meat doesn't look very appealing. It gives off a slimy feel. I also didn't love the edamame in this dish, it didn't feel as it belonged here. But the vegetables and the basil were great touches. I know you have great plating, but the meats in particular need to look a little bit more appealing.

It's all very bland and dry. It is not sizzling and ready to be eaten. I think you could've done a lot more with a paella dish! Not even a piece a lemon smh.
yawnha: Steak Gyro - Honestly, I couldn't see much of your dish. It looked more like a street-food dish, which could work if you elevated it but it was very casual. The steak also looked a bit gross. Not sure that flank worked in this dish.
