I intensified my training routine, and now all my muscles hurt. That's... good, right?

yeah! congratulations! if it hurts TOO bad, make sure to decrease it by some weight, because the endurance is the best part of the workout usually!

I've always followed a rule that I expect to feel tension in my muscles the next day and maybe still a tingling the day after, but if there's a tingling on the third day, then the workout is too much right now and not sustainable.
